Recommendations about Nutritional Supplementation from John W Jones,  MD, our Nutritional Consultant:

  • Make sure you get all the Nutrients that are necessary for you
  • Use Fish Oil Supplements if you eat the typical 'Western Diet'
  • Or if your lifestyle does not include peaceful meals.
  • Make sure the amounts of Individual Nutrients are in excess of the minimum recommendations
  • And they should be in amounts to cover your Biochemical Individuality and Physical Needs
  • Nutritional Supplements should be in a chemical form that is  readily available to your body.  As an example: Calcium Carbonate (limestone) is a very natural substance, but doesn't do much for your calcium needs.
