Ultra Vites is our high potency multi vitamin and mineral formula.  It is formulated to far exceed minimum daily requirements.  It's 25 ingredients include high levels of B-Vitamins, including 800 mcg Folic and 1000 mcg B12, 1000 IU Vitamin D3 and 250 mg Magnesium.  It is unique in that it does not contain iron.
